The Faulkner Firm, P.A., an Oldsmar based estate planning & business transactional law firm, seeks a professional, energetic, detail-oriented Concierge Manager to join our team. The Concierge Manager will be the “Face of the Firm.” Successful candidates will have experience in managing services for premier clients. Responsibilities:

• Develop & oversee implementation of strategies for the “Total Client Experience.”
• Provide white glove experience to premier clients.
• Maintain & expand database for marketing opportunities.
• Efficiently & successfully manage client contact.
• Schedule premier clients for meetings and consultations.
• Market and promote TFF to top clients through the year.
• Develop a deep understanding of client’s needs/likes and provide touch points through the year (e.g. birthday card, recognition gifts and special events).
• Generate, track, and resolve premier client issues and concerns.
• Develop and maintain best business practices for premier clients.
• Identify, communicate & disseminate improvements and new opportunities for premier clients to TFF staff.
• Ensure that promises are delivered at all times.
• Promote & market services to current & future clients (e.g. attend events to market TFF).
• Create drip marketing emails.
• Organize events that recognize clients & friends of TFF.

Qualifications:

• Excellent relationship management skills.
• A minimum of two years customer service experience with premier customers.
• Polished, capable and experienced in handling high net worth clients.
• Customer driven, “can do” attitude with a strong focus on quality of service.
• A clear understanding of how to create value within the premier client space.
• Be able to work independently and under pressure.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Scheduling flexibility – occasional weekend/evenings required.
• Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office 365.
• Display strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
