Health & Medspa is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support at the front desk.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently

- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries

- Provide information about the facility and services offered

- Assist the Regional Manager in social media and events

- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally

- Ability to upsell products or services

*Must be able to work at least 2-3 Saturdays a month. We are closed on Mondays.*
