Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Opentable for reservation management
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and hospitality practices
- Previous experience in food service or guest services is a plus
- Ability to assist and help guests with inquiries or requests
- Strong guest relations skills to provide an exceptional dining experience
