Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that all beverages are prepared and served accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Operate the POS system to process payments accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Assist with food service and catering as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of beverages is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with food safety regulations is preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
