Job Title: Virtual Experience Performance Host

Compensation:

• $15 - $18 / hour starting pay depending on experience.

• Earn up to $20 / hour after 4 months of superior performance.

• Training period pays $0.50 less than the offered starting rate.

Expected Schedule:

• Full Time & Part Time roles available

• Full Time: 30 - 40 hours / week
• Part Time: 10 - 25 hours / week

• Flexible availability required including some nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Is this job remote?

Yes, and no. This job requires that team members work out of office (Nashville, TN), and (at times) from home. We’d say we’re flexible!

Our Virtual Experiences

• Are typically 90 minutes long.

• Are offered daily from 10 AM - 11:30 PM; custom game times are available to our guests!
• Are facilitated using Zoom (primarily) and Google Meet (occasionally).
• Are designed to be engaging, entertaining, and EPIC.

• Are delivered by the most stellar team!

Requirements & Expectations:

• Must own a computer with a webcam and microphone.

• Must have access to reliable internet (capable of streaming video) if working from home.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Obsession with delivering 5-star hospitality to guests
• Genuine love for serving others

Responsibilities:

• Help to facilitate virtual events with a team and (up to) 300 guests.
• Enthusiastically help guests get set up for a virtual adventure! Technology can be hard sometimes.
• Lead groups of 3-10 guests with FUN and friendly conversation.
• Collect information and make connections with every single guest.
• Enthusiastically and professionally explaining The Escape Game and the rules of the game(s).
• Monitor the game(s) and assist guests via clues and hints throughout the adventure(s)!
• Creatively problem solve guest situations as needed and occasionally help to troubleshoot technological challenges!
