Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Littleton, CO for a Group Fitness Instructor at The EPOC Experience. The Group Fitness Instructor will lead engaging fitness classes for clients of all fitness levels, and provide guidance and motivation to help clients reach their fitness goals.

The workouts are predetermined, and each coach is expected to be properly prepped on the WOD. Group Fitness instructors are paid on a 'per class Basis' not hourly. Class pay includes a 15 minute setup presence before class start time, and a 15 min post class cleanup.

Qualifications

• Certification (NASM /ISSA/ ACE) preferred but not required if education/experience exceeds.
• Experience leading fitness classes or personal training sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to modify exercises and routines to accommodate a range of fitness levels and injury restrictions.
• Assist with fitness sales by promoting membership packages and additional services
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings and evenings.

Candidates who have experience teaching a variety of fitness classes or developing fitness programs will be highly valued.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
