RATE: $22.00 per hour

Foothills is seeking a highly motivated Aqua Fitness Instructor with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness, specifically recruiting for our Moving for Life therapy pool group fitness classes on THU 12-1 pm & 1:15-2:15 pm and a variety of other subbing needs. Our Fitness Instructors are responsible for designing, implementing, and leading safe, effective, and enjoyable group fitness classes for recreation center participants of various fitness levels. Required ExperienceEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in instruction of aqua fitness is preferred.
- Current Aquatic Fitness Certification from an accepted national certifying organization and must be maintained through Continuing Education Credits (CECs) as required.
- Possession of current certifications in CPR/AED required.
- First Aid certification preferred.
- FREE use of our recreation/fitness centers, swimming pools, and ice arena
- FREE drop-in fitness classes (includes but is not limited to yoga, Zumba and aerobic classes)
- Golf discounts ($3 - $14 for 9 holes depending on day of week, free driving range and more!)
- Discounts on other recreation programs/classes

- Accrued sick time (1 hour for every 30 hours worked)
