The Edinburg Center is Hiring a Recruiter Near Bedford, MA
The Edinburg Center is seeking a compassionate inclusive full cycle Recruiter who will partner with hiring managers regarding staffing needs to cover a 6 month maternity leave .
The recruiter will implement a recruiting strategy to include sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates who best meet those needs.
Your education and experience should include:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of in-house recruitment experience required.
- Proven success in high volume hourly recruitment.
- A solid understanding of current recruitment best practices and passive sourcing methods
. Well versed in LinkedIn Recruiting.
- Strong communications skills are required.
