This is a mobile position that will require commuting within the Northeastern Massachusetts (North of Billerica to New Hampshire). A reliable vehicle and a valid license are required. 

This position offers a full-time salary of $75,608.00

As a BCBA on the DDS/DMH ASD Community Wrap Around Services team, you will be joining a multidisciplinary team of master's level mental health clinicians, bachelors level clinicians, an occupational therapist, a Young Adult Peer Mentor, and an Employment Specialist, and you will apply the principles of ABA with young adults experiencing challenges due to ASD and other mental health diagnoses.

You will provide individual coaching, development of a FBA and BSP, they may participate in mental health therapy to observe patterns of behavior to offer a different perspective, and they collaborate with a variety of collaterals. This is a highly collaborative role where you will be part of a daily team consult, engage in a weekly 1:1 supervision with another BCBA, and in a weekly group supervision to better understand the complexities ASD and other mental health diagnoses that young adults struggle with.

Additionally, in this role you will have no minimum productivity requirement.

What You Will Bring: 

• The ability to think outside of the box, and be flexible, while following the principles of ABA, as well as having strong boundaries. 

• Be able to understand behavior and mental health are intertwined, and be comfortable working autonomously, and alongside a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working with young adults ages 18-26 years with ASD or serious emotional and behavioral challenges. 

• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments; experience in goal development and design of positive behavior support plans

• Experience with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments, preferred. 

• Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player, required.. 

• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
