JOB DESCRIPTION - IV Infusion Medical Assistant
As a medical assistant at our IV vitamin therapy DRIPBaR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of Sales, Front Office and Medical Team. You will be responsible for driving sales of specialized IV services, packages, and memberships, and your role will be crucial in promoting our services and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Prior experience in a medical setting and knowledge of IV therapy is a plus. If you are organized, compassionate, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, we would love to have you join our team.
● Continuous speaking, hearing and visual effort.
● Frequently required to walk, stand and sit. Use hands to use/hold various
compounding equipment and machinery. Reach with hands and arms. Occasionally
required to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl to manipulate equipment or storage of
Supplies.
● Occasional lifting of equipment or supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and carrying
objects of varying weights.
● Position requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
● Stress due to pressures with dealing with a number of different personalities where
patience is required.
● Frequent work interruptions.
● Strong venous access skills; must be able to access peripheral veins easily without
Backup.
● Availability to work evening and weekend hours if needed, and flexibility to work
alternate shifts on short notice.
● Patient-centric attitude and commitment to quality client care
● Outstanding organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy

● Initiative, creativity, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility
● Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
● Have a working knowledge of all the infusions, their purpose, and side effects
Specific Qualifications
1. Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited school
2. Previous experience administering IV infusion therapy or alternative wellness clinics preferred
3. Current BLS CPR certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
