The Role
As Senior Sales Manager you will take ownership of nurturing relationships and driving sales among Groups, Corporate, and Leisure Sales. You will pioneer effective sales strategies through direct initiatives and marketing to ensure the established sales goals are exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Relationships - Nurture existing and develop new relationships. Deliver unparalleled guest experience. Conduct outside calls and promote the hotel locally. Increase room night sales and improve market penetration while delivering exceptional financial results.
• Organizational and Budgeting - You will be responsible for drafting annual sales plan, tactics, and achieving sales targets while driving RevPAR.
• Ownership Mentality - Use logic, integrity and sound judgment when making business decisions by considering the big picture, operational needs and impact on other departments.
