We are seeking a Mixer in our Orlando Bakery. We offer competitive pay, full benefits, growth opportunities, overtime as necessary, and free doughnuts.

Top candidates will possess a willingness to learn, some mechanical aptitude, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, the ability to work independently (or with minimal supervision) a willingness to cross-train, a willingness to work wherever needed, and a positive attitude.

And then here’s what we need from you:

  • A positive attitude all the time
  • A willingness to learn and master new skills (must learn each position on the Production team)
  • A desire to be part of a terrific team
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Some mechanical aptitude strongly preferred
  • Previous machine operating experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to work any day of the week, including weekends (schedule is subject to change)
  • Availability to start at 2:00am (end times vary based on production needs)
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to work on a daily basis
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • Ability to bend, grasp, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs regularly
  • Ability to learn and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Ability to provide slip-resistant shoes upon hire
  • Authorization to work in the US (must provide proper documentation)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making dough/cake batter according to the specified recipes and ensuring the final product meets quality standards
  • Working with mixing machinery, bakery production equipment, and auto-fryers
  • Constant lifting of materials weighing 50lbs, bending and stooping
  • Maintaining production logs throughout shift
  • Completing General Housekeeping Practices throughout shift
  • Completing other tasks as assigned by supervisor
