ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES For Clinical Licensed Therapist:
Provides individual, group and family therapy for The Dorm clients and family members, as applicable.
Provides life-skills coaching off-site in the community and in clients’ apartments as clinically indicated.
Conducts Bio-Psycho-Social Assessments and comprehensive intakes of all prospective clients.
Maintains accurate and up to date charts that are in compliance with the expectations and standards outlined in The Dorm’s Policy and Procedure manual.
Participates in weekly supervision with Clinical Director, tri-weekly group supervision, and co-facilitator supervision as indicated by direct supervisor.
Participates in On-Call weekend coverage system on a rotating basis.
Responsible for at least 25 hours of clinical work per week
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS For Clinical Licensed Therapist:
Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related program in psychology required.
State Licensure in social work or counseling required.
Must be able to work two evenings a week.
The ideal candidate has at least 1-3 years of related experience in clinical setting with adolescents or young adults
