The Discount Vending Store is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

About us

At the Discount Vending Store, our experienced team provides innovative vending machines which are customized to meet the specific needs of our customers. We have been in business for 16 years and are growing fast in this new and exciting market.

We are looking for a result-driven, energetic, Sales Representative that would be making calls and sending lots of texts, and emails every day to hot heats who have called or written in asking inquiring about buying vending machines. No cold calling would be required as we have tons of leads coming in everyday. No working weekends either. You will have a normal 8-5 M-F office job. The Sales Rep will have their own desk to work at in the office. Their duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. He / she will be a great team player and be competitive in nature. They will stay busy and should be talking to 40-50 different customers every day.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Introduce customers to the website and answer their questions
  • Follow up with older leads and provide incentives to close.
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and offer suggestions for improvements
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers

Skills

  • Proven work experience in ecommerce Sales or other Sales representative role
  • Basic understanding of sales principles / tactics and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Basic Math skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tracking software
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • High school degree or degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus'

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
