What will you be doing?

  • Scheduling: You will be responsible for efficiently managing our appointment system, ensuring that our patients are scheduled promptly and accurately. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of patients.
  • Patient Support: As the first point of contact, you will greet our patients with a warm smile and help them feel at ease. You'll assist them with any questions or concerns they may have, providing knowledgeable and compassionate guidance throughout their dental journey.
  • Paperwork and Administration: Your meticulous nature will shine as you handle patient paperwork, ensuring all necessary forms and documents are completed accurately and efficiently.
