Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis.
- Engage with potential buyers, secure buyer agreements, and assist in finding suitable properties.
- Skillfully negotiate deals for both sellers and buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
- Host two open houses each month to increase property visibility.
- Transform lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Regularly participate in script practice sessions to refine communication skills.
- Take an active part in all team-related activities.
- Attend weekly coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls to enhance professional growth.
- Provide consultations for sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties.
- Offer expert advice on pricing, staging, and other services essential for listing properties.
