Description
The DarkStar Group is seeking a Tools Developer with a TS/SCI Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Herndon, VA. Below is an overview of the project, as well as information on our company, our benefits, and our $25,000 referral program.
THE PROGRAM
The DarkStar Group is a member of 100% of the winning teams for the largest technology program in the Intel Community. We've been supporting this customer on many different sub-projects of this program since our founding in 2013. We've grown on this effort by providing the customer with Engineers who have done exceptional work, and we've retained our staff by paying very strong salaries, and working hard to ensure each Engineer is doing work that aligns with their career interest.
THE PROJECT
The Sponsor’s office requires support to perform extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes for monthly contract status report (MCSR) templates and annual or quarterly property reports. Associated with this ETL effort is the development of a database repository, web services, and business processes implemented within a Sponsor system. The resource can be expected to support program management process and tools implementation, SQL development, security assessment and accreditation, and applications programming interface (API) development.
THE ROLE

  • The Contractor shall design and implement financial management tools to be used within acquisition business processes.
  • The Contractor shall design and implement project management processes and tools.
  • The Contractor shall design and implement database solutions within an MS SQL environment.
  • The Contractor shall support assessment and accreditation (A&A) for all developed services.
  • The Contractor shall support extract, transform, and load of submitted budget and cost information.
  • The Contractor shall support development of application programming interfaces (APIs) and associated internal control documents (ICDs) and associated business process development.
  • The Contractor shall support development of financial performance dashboards and reports.
  • The Contractor shall support cross-domain solutions associated with receipt of financial templates.
  • The Contractor shall support development of a JSON ingestion capability for financial information.
  • The Contractor shall support requirements development within an Agile environment, to include schedule milestone development.
  • The Contractor shall support development within the Sponsor’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience with program management tool design, development, and operations.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial, portfolio, and budget management tools design, development, and operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) tool integration and deployment.
  • Demonstrated experience in Windows servers installation and operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in assessment and accreditation (A&A).
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-domain solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in database schema design and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements development.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile programming methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in web services design, implementation, and operation.
