Job Description: Student Success Advisor
At the front desk, you are the face of the studio. It is likely that, at first, new students will be even more familiar with you than they are with their instructors. Remember that the way we present ourselves on the phone and through email is a part of being the face of the studio. People will judge us not just in person, but by the professionalism and kindness we show on the phone and through email as well.
The Student Success Advisor is responsible for administrative operations at the studio and reports to the Studio Owner. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
