The Dance Academy of Virginia is a company in McLean, VA 22101. We are collaborative, customer-centric, challenging and our goal is to build community through quality dance education! The Dance Academy of Virginia, based in Mclean and Del Ray, is hiring a part or part-time experienced dance administrator to support our daily customer service and studio operations, manage our sales pipeline and support our marketing efforts. Join our team of high energy, skilled and passionate dance pros, connect with our community and support our dance education mission by implementing highly efficient and customer-centered processes.

DAV offers programming for students ages 2 through adult in ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, lyrical, and hip hop. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, administrative experience, sales experience, a high level of organization and attention to detail, and dance studio experience. Candidates must be available to work weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to front desk office administration, customer service, studio operations, sales, and marketing. This position offers the opportunity to gain sales, marketing, customer service, and operational management skills through a community building approach. The employee is expected to be willing to learn software and database systems, have excellent communication and writing skills and be reliable to report to work on time and perform duties using best professional effort and skills in a competent and ethical manner. DAV offers a competitive pay based on experience with growth opportunities.
