We are seeking a Client Communication Specialist to become a part of our team! Will be responsible for communicating with all incoming clients and potential new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Making sure clients get all questions answered and facilitating the communication between Attorney and Client
• Intake calls
• Setting consultations
• Customer service
• Time billing
• Follow up calls

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Sales Experience 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Bi-lingual a plus but not mandatory
• Exceptional client management skills on phone, in person and via emails
• Proficient in Case management software
• Detailed oriented and professional attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Type minimum of 65 wpm
• Self Starter
• Ability to work long hours and weekends if needed- Required
