This candidate must be dependable, manageable and flexible; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; regular and on time attendance and self-motivated; ability to form productive relationships with staff. Candidate must be Friendly, honest, trustworthy and diligent. 

Responsibilities:

• Building rapport with existing and potential guests
• Receiving phone calls
• Handle multiple projects
• Take direction well and be able to execute in a timely manner to meet deadlines
• Handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
• Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems

Part time or Full Time available after probationary period

Shift is 11p-7a 

Base Pay begins $13.50/hr

Weekend Pay additional $6/hr 

Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent
