Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers to promote products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers
- Demonstrate product features to customers
- Upsell products to increase sales
- Assist in stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels

Experience:
- Proficiency in retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of stock procedures and inventory control
- Excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or colleagues
- Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store environment
- Experience with cash handling and processing payments
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features
