We are a Wyoming based family business who recently expanded operations in Massachusetts. We produce handmade textiles and block printed women dresses. As a part of our expansion process, we are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in order to participate in the weekend pop up events at craft fairs and festivals across New England area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers to promote products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers
- Demonstrate product features to customers
- Upsell products to increase sales
- Assist in stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
Experience:
- Proficiency in retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of stock procedures and inventory control
- Excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or colleagues
- Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store environment
- Experience with cash handling and processing payments
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features

All over New England - Seaport Boston, Cape Cod, Coastal Towns in North and South Shore.. If you have a car and are able to drive, it will be a plus. You will be paid driving allowance. Otherwise we will drop you and pick you up from the sales location.
