Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager/Bartender to join our team. As a manager, you will be responsible for a small but dedicated group of employees who work together creating a friendly, cozy, neighborhood vibe/date night spot.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Must be ok with tip sharing.

Responsibilities:

- Pefrom General manager daily operational duties

- Create and post timely FoH schedules

- Order Beer, wine, and spirits for the bar

- meet with vendors and report back to the Director of Operations

- Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and help create ideas for content

- Help maintain morale and drive upselling in a small FoH team

- Help create ongoing bar specials, drinks of the month

- Have some artistic chalkboard skills

- Keep team focused and aware of Health Inspection standards

- Weekly scheduled manager meetings

- train and coach key holders on Management duties

- Maintain all weekly checkout spreadsheets

- Other duties to be decided

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or banquet setting

- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques

- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
