This role entails outside business to business marketing, corporate on sites and self generated leads. Your day to day will involve marketing, tours of our fitness facility and membership sales. Due to the exponential growth of our company even during these times there is plenty of opportunity for rapid career advancement. We currently offer a very competitive pay plan and benefits in the position with the ability to fast track your career from Sales Counselor to Assistant General Manger in 60-90 days from start date.

*Upper management direct hire is possible as long as applicant has previous fitness sales and management experience.

• Sales Counselors consistently earn between $2,400 to 3,000 per month.
• Assistant General Managers consistently earn between $4,000-$5,500 per month.
• Fitness General Managers consistently earn between $5,000-$8,000 per month.
