Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell products and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer experience

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using cash registers and handling financial transactions with accuracy
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Basic understanding of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, and change
- Knowledge of technology products is a plus, especially for technical sales positions

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
