Position Title: (Temporary) Racquet Sports Coordinator
Position Reports to: Racquets Manager
Employee Categories: Full Time Seasonal
FLSA Category: Non Exempt; Hourly Position

This is a temporary position available ASAP until approximately August 1, 2024.

The Racquet Sports Coordinator works under direction of the Racquet Sports Manager to perform all tasks related to the day to day operation in the Racquet Sports department at the highest professional standard.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer Racquet Shop phone calls and email inquiries, including confirmation calls to membership.
• Maintain and update court and lesson reservations.
• Responsible for Racquet shop sales, cleanliness of shop and assist with inventory.
• Balance daily Racquet Shop sales and lesson receipts.
• Attentive to the general upkeep and appearance of the Racquet facilities.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of a country club setting and membership needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Warm and friendly disposition.
• Customer Service focused.

Uniform Requirements:

• Uniform to be provided by The Country Club (TCC polo and slacks)
