The Racquets Shop Attendant works under direction of the Racquet Sports Manager to perform all tasks related to the day-to-day operation in the Racquet Sports department at the highest professional standard.

Note: This role is primarily for Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday shifts

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer Racquet Shop phone calls and email inquiries, including confirmation calls to membership.
• Maintain and update court and lesson reservations.
• Responsible for Racquet shop sales, cleanliness of shop and assist with inventory.
• Balance daily Racquet Shop sales and lesson receipts.
• Attentive to the general upkeep and appearance of the Racquet facilities.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of a country club setting and membership needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Warm and friendly disposition.
• Customer Service focused.

Uniform Requirements:

• Uniform to be provided by The Country Club (TCC polo and slacks)
