Position: Event Coordinator

Type: Full-time/Part-time

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events. From corporate conferences and social gatherings to weddings and fundraisers, you will have the opportunity to bring ideas to life and create memorable moments for our clients and guests.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements

- Develop and execute event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics

- Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee event setup and teardown

- Coordinate event marketing and promotion efforts, including online and offline channels

- Monitor event progress and make real-time adjustments to ensure a seamless experience

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules
