The CORE Group is looking to hire a Director, K-12 Team for the Northeast Division!

Qualified candidates can be located in any of the following locations: New York, Eastern PA, New England

Position Purpose

The Director, K-12 is responsible for hiring, training, managing and motivating the K-12 sales team in developing sales strategies and negotiating sales for clients over a multi-state area with effective planning and implementation of company policies, procedures and culture.

What are WE looking for?

• Requires analytical capabilities and strong computer skills (Excel, PBI, CIRI)
• Ability to translate industry trends and insights into tangible sales
• Expertise in the school foodservice segment, USDA Commodity program knowledge, credentials and/or training related to K-12 school segment.
• Working knowledge of the current nutritional guidelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reside in New York, Eastern PA, New England
• Ability to travel and stay overnight if needed
• Valid & Clean Driver's License spanning at least 5 years

• A bachelor’s degree or significant Foodservice sales/sales leadership experience is required
