The Copper Connection is Hiring a Sales Consultant Near Denver, CO
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Copper Electric Consultant, you will be running company issued leads with the goal to quickly engage homeowners on their electrical project needs. These leads will include homeonwers wanting more information and quotes on such items as MPUs, Solar, HVAC, Charging stations, electrical service work, and more. This role requires organization, proficiency in following-up and “exhausting leads”, quickly providing quotes, and overall commitment to customer service. Previous electrical knowledge is not required, but previous sales experience is a must. This is a production based income opportunity, with options for training bonus, base salary, and a high upside while traveling through the greater Denver area.
Responsibilities:
-Call and set company provided leads, run appts quickly and efficiently
-Adequately walk homeowners through their electric project needs, mainly: MPUs, Solar, and basic HVAC needs
-Help educated homeowners on certain state and federal rebates, tax credits, and other incentives
-Prospect, effectively manage CRM pipeline of customers and diligently follow-through with every potential customer
-Achieve monthly sales targets
-Act with integrity and honesty, represent company name and reputation well.
Qualifications:
-Proven in sales, experience in customer service
-Valid Driver license, US citizen and reliable personal vehicle
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-Passion for customer service
-Ability to work autonomously, self-motivate and manage time effectively
-Pass Background Check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
