Full Job Description

Periwinklers LLC is seeking a highly skilled Site Lead - Millwork Installer with extensive experience in commercial millwork and cabinetry, including fixtures and finish work for new constructions and remodeling projects. This role demands precision and expertise in on-site installations and management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic construction environments and is proficient in overseeing project executions from start to finish.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead and oversee the installation of custom millwork, cabinetry, and fixtures primarily for commercial spaces, including restaurants and new construction projects.
Manage and perform all aspects of site work, from framing to finishing, ensuring all installations meet the highest quality standards.
Operate and maintain CNC machines and other woodworking tools to create precise and bespoke architectural details.
Collaborate closely with project managers and other team members on estimating, scheduling, and purchasing, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to timelines.
Maintain rigorous safety standards and a clean work environment on-site, complying with all company and regulatory safety protocols.
Provide leadership and guidance to installation teams, ensuring projects are completed according to client specifications and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in woodworking, with a strong focus on commercial installations and a portfolio of past projects.
Proven expertise in framing, cabinetry building, and finish carpentry, with significant experience in commercial settings.
Ability to operate CNC machinery and familiarity with woodworking software such as Moziak and Vcarve Pro.
Strong organizational skills and experience in project management, including scheduling and estimating.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively on-site.
Physical stamina and the ability to handle materials and equipment necessary for large-scale installations.
Dependability and strong work ethic, committed to meeting deadlines and achieving project goals.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
Experience in new construction and remodeling projects is highly desirable.
