Job Type: Full-Time (7:30 am - 4:00 pm)

Salary: $18 - $24 per hour (Depending on experience)

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Residential Remodeling Technician at Affordable Remodeling Etx and utilize your expertise in various aspects of residential remodeling projects. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in all stages of remodeling, from start to finish, including painting, staining, carpentry, finishing, flooring, site work, kitchen and bath installations, additions, and both interior and exterior remodeling.

Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of residential remodeling, including painting, staining, carpentry, finishing, flooring, site work, kitchens, baths, additions, and interior and exterior remodeling.
Interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to ensure accurate execution of project specifications.
Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install materials.
Maintain a focus on accuracy, quality, and safety while adhering to building codes and regulations.
Collaborate closely with team members, subcontractors, and project managers to achieve project goals within designated timelines.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment and effectively communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide project updates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential remodeling with proficiency in painting, staining, carpentry, finishing, flooring, site work, kitchen and bath installations, additions, and both interior and exterior remodeling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with others is essential.
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Experience with a variety of hand and power tools used in remodeling projects.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as part of the hiring process.
Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job.
