Job Type: Full-Time (7:30 am - 4:00 pm)

Salary: $18 - $24 per year (Depending on Experience)

Join our team at Affordable Remodeling Etx as a Residential Remodeler Working Site Lead and play a vital role in bringing our clients' renovation dreams to life. As a lead member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise in remodeling while working on various residential projects.

Responsibilities:

Working Site Lead on Residential Remodeling projects. Communication directly with Project Managers, Clients, Office Team, Subcontractors, and material vendors.
Lead our Team onsite to perform a wide range of remodeling tasks, including carpentry, flooring installation, drywall repair, painting, and kitchen and bath installation to ensure projects come in on time, budget, and exceed expectations.
Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure successful execution professionally at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
Efficiently manage time and resources to complete projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.
Provide exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

5 Years of proven experience in residential remodeling, including proficiency in custom carpentry, flooring, drywall, painting, tile, and fixture installation. Oil and lacquer-based paint experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.
Ability to interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, train, and inspire team effectively with team members and clients.
Physical stamina and skill to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Power tool experience is required. Must own hand tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Will need to pass a background check and drug screening for employment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the remodeling industry.
