Contemporary Pool Works is seeking a customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Customer Service Representative. As the frontline face of our company, you will play a crucial role in making our clients feel appreciated and valued. We are looking for inquisitive and punctual individuals who thrive in a relaxed yet energetic office environment. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training to become a professional, customer-oriented swimming pool expert.

We are dedicated to ensuring that you get the best performance from your swimming pool by providing you with professional and reliable swimming pool services at affordable costs. Whether you need to install a brand new pool, renovate an existing one or you need regular repairs and maintenance, you can rely on our team of qualified and experienced technicians to get the work done in the most professional manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage incoming calls from clients and potential customers
- Proactively generate sales leads and opportunities
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accordingly
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times
- Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers with exceptional service
The ideal candidate should possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and engaging personality
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with office software
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
