Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Equipment and Tool Management : Inspect, load and transport project-specific equipment, tools, and products to various job sites.

• Flooring Installation : Carry out the preparation, installation, and finishing of polished concrete and resinous epoxy flooring systems, maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety policies and procedures during installation processes and use of equipment.-Team Collaboration : Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and proper completion of flooring projects.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Experience : 1 years of verifiable experience in concrete finishing and polishing or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that may require standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting for extended periods.

Working in various weather conditions seasonally.-Skills : Strong work ethic with a keen desire to learn and enhance skills.

Good manual dexterity and the ability to operate tools and machinery safely.-Safety and Communication : Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and comply with safety standards.

Additional Requirements : Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.Construction experience or a similar background with technical aptitude.
