This role focuses on providing preventative maintenance, repairs, and ensuring a clean, secure environment for our property.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our facilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Diagnose and correct HVAC system malfunctions and perform routine system checks.

• Repair or replace various types of plumbing equipment and fix electrical appliances and circuits within rooms.-Conduct repairs and replacements of bathroom tiles, perform painting, wallboard repairs, and carpentry work as needed.
• Use basic hand, power tools, and ladders are required for maintenance tasks.-Execute the Suite Care maintenance program across suites and public areas.
• Complete preventative maintenance checklists and maintain records using maintenance management software (Quore).-Keep tools, workspace, and equipment clean and organized, and maintain the property's exterior and grounds.
• Ensure familiarity with major shut-off points for water, electricity, and fire alarm systems.-Uphold security standards by managing room keys, reporting suspicious activities, and adhering to safety regulations.

Prior maintenance experience in a similar role with ability to conduct ongoing repairs and react to emergency repairs.-Strong problem-solving and guest relations skills;

capable of handling guest needs with tact and professionalism.-Adaptability to handle the demands of an ever-changing work environment.

Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.-Excellent vision for both close and computer screen-based tasks.
