Job Title : Field Service Leader Job Type : Full-Time (7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm)Salary : $28 to $32 / hr (based on experience)Job Summary : As a Field Service Leader / Pipeline at Almers Construction Inc.

you will be responsible for leading and coordinating pipeline construction and maintenance activities. You will oversee field crews, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage project schedules to meet client expectations and deadlines.

Responsibilities : -Lead and train field crews for all construction, maintenance, and repair projects, to ensure overall quality assurance on projects.

• Coordinate with foreman and project managers to schedule work activities, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of service and repair projects.
• Conduct pre-job briefings with field crews to review project scope, safety protocols, and work procedures.-Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity, and implement corrective actions to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
• Review project plans and specifications, and provide input to project managers to ensure accuracy and feasibility.-Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance, and prepare reports as required.
• Train and mentor field personnel, guiding proper construction techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.-Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address project issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to pipeline construction and maintenance.Qualifications : -High school diploma or equivalent;

• Experience in piping, including oil and gas line service and installations.-Operator and machine experience is very helpful.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire field crews.-Thorough understanding of pipeline construction techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, including OSHA and DOT requirements.-Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and project management software.-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
