Job Description:
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of work sites to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople with construction and restoration tasks as needed.
- Transport construction materials and tools to and from the work site.
- Follow directions from supervisors and implement construction plans effectively.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools under guidance.
- Perform general maintenance and labor tasks throughout the workday.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects and materials.
- Demonstrates reliability and punctuality.
- Eager to learn and follow instructions accurately.
- No prior experience necessary, but construction or labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions.
Experience:
- Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
