No matter what your heating or cooling needs are you can count on KMI A / C and Heating to help.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Conduct maintenance and repair services on commercial heating and air conditioning systems.

• Accurately diagnose system issues and implement effective repair solutions.-Interpret and follow wiring diagrams and schematics for proper installation and repair.
• Utilize a diverse range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve system issues.-Make informed repair and replacement decisions based on diagnostic findings.
• Apply knowledge of basic ductwork practices to ensure optimal airflow.-Implement air balancing principles and techniques to enhance system performance and comfort.
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a personable demeanor and building strong customer relationships.The ideal candidate should possess : -2 years of experience in Commercial HVAC maintenance and repair is a plus (will train up the right candidate!)-NATE certification is a plus.
• EPA Certification is required.-Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record.-Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics accurately.-Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in making repair and replacement decisions based on diagnostic findings.-Advanced customer service skills with a personable demeanor and strong customer relations skills.
• Ability to walk the customer through the problems, solutions, pricing, and scheduling.-Ability to use ipad for service scheduling, daily notes, collecting payments, customer updates, etc.
• Knowledge of basic ductwork practices to ensure efficient airflow.-Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques to optimize system performance.
