We are currently seeking a Hebrew Immersion teacher for early childhood for the 2024-25 academic year.
Experience and Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree education or a related field
Knowledge of Hebrew at native level.
Understands Israeli preschool culture, including familiarity with songs, art and foods
Ability to create interactive lessons about holidays and Jewish values
A solid understanding of child development, varied learning styles, and effective strategies for dealing with such differences
Commitment to professional development.
Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor
Well-developed, effective classroom management skills
Strong organization skills
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Works well in a collaborative model with other administrators, teachers and parents
Ability to engage and inspire students, parents, and families
Experience with Chalav U'dvash program a plus.
