The Common Man Plymouth is Hiring a Hotel Night Auditor Near Plymouth, NH

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests by following hotel policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations during the overnight shift

Experience:
- Previous experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures is beneficial
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette
