Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. Duties:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide patient education on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques
- Assist with specimen collection processing and ensure accurate documentation
- Conduct discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care services
- Utilize electronic medical record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) to document patient information accurately
- Adhere to aseptic technique principles during procedures and treatments
- Assist with botulinum toxin treatment administration, if applicable

Experience:
- Valid RN license in the state of Kentucky
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Proficient in ICD-9 coding system
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems
