Job Description:
The team is are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an integral member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents in accordance with their individual care plans and needs. Your role will involve administering medications, assessing and monitoring resident health, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of resident health status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor resident vital signs and health indicators
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Kentucky
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
