Essential Duties: The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing nursing services, assessment, training, and support to Case Management Staff to address the medical needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
- Valid State of California N.P. license
- Certificate in Public Health Nursing
- Current CA Driver’s License, car registration and insurance
- Four years of progressively responsible experience in public health nursing or any combination of training and/or experience that could provide the desired knowledge is preferred. A Master's degree in a related field can be substituted for one year of the required experience.
