THE COLLECTIVE is Hiring a Real Estate Sales Associate Near Seattle, WA

Collective Group

Are you someone that loves to show homes, sell to customers, and take care of clients? Are you a person that likes to be part of a dynamic and high-performing team?

This role is a chance to work with a top-producing real estate broker, Brennen, and their team in order to help each and every customer buy or sell their property. In this role you will be on the ground helping clients view different homes in their journey to buying, you will be caring for clients with gifts, outreach, and check-ins, and you will be helping coordinate vendors to help sellers get their homes ready for market.

If you have a good understanding of Seattle, and want to care for clients but don't want the hassle of the behind-the-scenes business, then this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Meet real estate buyers and show them various homes in their journey to make a decision about which home they'd like to buy. You'll create strong relationships with the customer, listen to their needs, and educate them along the way.
  • Meet real estate sellers to assess the projects that need to be done in order to get their homes to market. You'll coordinate vendors, meet for final walk-throughs, and prepare the home for future buyers to view.
  • Care for clients through gifting, outreach, and check-ins to ensure their real estate transaction is the best possible experience it can be.
  • Attend inspections, walk-throughs, showings, and one-off visits with buyers or sellers when they need assistance at the properties.
  • Learn from Brennen about how to educate clients, sell to them, and make sure they have a great experience buying or selling so that they become lifelong customers.
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales from any industry
  • The ability and skill to have difficult conversations and deliver bad news
  • Organization with showing schedules and strong communication with Brennen and the clients
  • The ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Discipline and motivation to do anything it takes for the client to have a great experience
  • A coachable attitude where you can adapt and learn
Compensation
$60,000 - $90,000 yearly
