Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfillment Manager to join our team. As the Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and supply chain management. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity

- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies

- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation planning and coordination with third-party logistics providers

- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and reconciliation

- Collaborate with production planning teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders

- Implement and maintain systems for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role

- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including LTL

- Demonstrated experience in order fulfillment and supply chain management

- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions

- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Pay: $57,437.00 - $78,000.00 per year
