DataAnnotation is Hiring an Order Entry Clerk Near Miami, FL
In this role, you will be responsible for entering customer orders into our systems, verifying order information, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise. You will also collaborate closely with our sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have strong data entry skills, are comfortable with technology, and enjoy working collaboratively, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately into our systems
- Verify order information, including pricing, product codes, and any special requirements
- Communicate with customers or internal stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies or issues
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in managing and organizing order documentation, including invoices and shipping documents
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Office and data entry software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
