Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mass Tort Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our attorneys and partners in managing a variety of mass tort dockets, ensuring efficient case flow, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct initial case assessments and investigations.
2. Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
3. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
4. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as necessary.
5. Conduct legal research and provide support in case development and time tracking.
6. Prepare and coordinate discovery, including document production and responses.
7. Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness coordination.
8. Stay current on developments in mass tort law and relevant legal trends.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
2. Prior experience as a paralegal (5-7 years preferred), with a focus on mass tort litigation.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficient in legal research and document management.
6. Knowledge of relevant software and case management systems.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000 annually based on experience.
