The Director, Strategic Insights and Analysis, will lead strategic projects identifying growth opportunities and addressing key challenges. In this role, you will analyze industry, customer, consumer, competitor and internal performance data, synthesize key insights from various sources and make actionable strategic recommendations against growth opportunities.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
• Use data and insights to create fact-based recommendations to grow the North America Business, toward attainment of our ambition.
• Working with complex data set; collect, organize, visualize and assimilate internal and external data
• Influence Executive team leaders from TCCC, NAOU, Customers and bottlers using strategic frameworks and fact-based storytelling
• Help manage the strategy managers by providing direction and guidance during projects

Qualification And Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant work experience or Master's degree
• The ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate and execute multiple complex projects is required
• Strong relationship management (at all levels of the organization and externally with suppliers, contractors, bottlers) is required
• Ability to leverage problem solving framework to structure complex business questions
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (in analysis) and PowerPoint (for presentation)
• Must possess the ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results
